You love the gift that came with the challenges of birth, your beautiful baby. But post labour and pregnancy and meeting your new body for the first time can be daunting and often difficult to know where to begin.

So this month is super exciting for me as it see’s the launch of my very first core and restore programme. Core and Restore is an 8 week postnatal exercise programme designed just for mums, that will help to rehab your ab’s, heal your pelvic core strength and function so that you can get back to the workouts that you love whilst giving you the energy you need to care for yourself and your baby.

Core and Pelvic floor recovery is such an important part of your SELF CARE post labour and is a little time to PRIORITISE YOU!

I am a mum just like you and experienced two very different but both relatively traumatic labours in one way or another.

I had very little help post delivery and for a while felt somewhat lost in terms of direction and identity. Fitness gave me back my direction and taught me how invaluable a little self care and time for ‘you’ as a new mum is.

My goal is to help mums like me to build confidence not only in returning to exercise but in themselves and their bodies. Core and Restore will help to strengthen and heal the body in a way that will leave you feeling your most powerful.

So why should we heal our Core and Pelvic Floor?  

The core and pelvic floor muscles are extremely important in helping our bodies function well.

Poor function through the trunk and pelvic floor can be a contributing factor in the development of aches and pains to the lower/mid back, neck and hips.

And more importantly we need to heal and manage pelvic floor dysfunction and pelvic organ prolapse.
