Health and fitness came to me as a teenager. It served me many life lessons, both positive and negative. I’ve lived years of it consuming my every waking minute, along with years of turning my back on it. Through it all, I knew that at some point sharing what I’ve learnt is where I wanted to be. I was never biased towards whom I wanted to help: those who wanted to start their journey, but maybe lack confidence, all the way up to those who seek to improve their already advanced physical and mental capacities. To me, a coach is a reliable, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable person, whose purpose is to guide others towards their goals.
